Property Inspector
As a Property Inspector at Addex, you'll be the eyes and ears of our clients on the ground. You'll visit occupied and vacant properties across London, complete detailed inspections, capture evidence, and help us deliver the clear digital reports our clients rely on.
This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, meeting people, and taking real pride in doing a thorough job.
Carry out inspections
Attend properties across London and complete our 100+ checkpoint inspection with care and attention to detail.
Photograph and document
Capture clear photographs and concise written notes for every visit, ready for the digital report we deliver within 24 hours.
Protect the property
Follow key-holding, access and safeguarding protocols. Report issues promptly and honestly.
Represent Addex on-site
Meet tenants, contractors and neighbours with professionalism. You are the face of the company at every visit.
Essential requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Excellent written English and a good eye for detail.
- Confident using a smartphone or tablet for photos, notes and checklists.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy — you'll be entrusted with client keys.
- Comfortable working independently across multiple London postcodes.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a property inspector, inventory clerk, letting agent or facilities coordinator.
- Knowledge of tenancy legislation, deposit schemes or health & safety basics.
- DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
