Is Addex an estate agency?

No — and deliberately not. Addex provides independent property support: inspections, vacant care, key holding, contractor attendance and representation. We do not let, sell or manage tenancies.

Do you cover all of London?

Yes, we cover all 32 London boroughs. Attendance outside Greater London is available by prior arrangement.

Are your inspections statutory certificates?

Accepted Answer

No. Addex property visits are visual, non-invasive observations of reasonably accessible areas. They are not structural surveys, valuations or statutory safety certificates.

Do you hold keys securely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Keys are registered, coded and stored securely with a controlled access log. Every release is authorised in writing.

Can you attend contractor appointments on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We meet contractors, observe the appointment for the agreed duration and provide an attendance record — while you retain full control of the works.

How quickly can you attend?

Standard visits are typically confirmed within five working days. Priority attendance is available on request subject to availability.

Will you sign anything on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

No. Addex does not sign legal documents or make legal commitments on your behalf unless separate written authority is put in place for a specific purpose.

How are prices confirmed?

Published prices are indicative starting rates. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any visit is scheduled.
