Date, payment & confirmation
We work 9:00–15:00 every day in two-hour blocks. Your slot is held while you complete payment.
Every visit covers
- External condition and apparent-access check
- Signs of entry, damage or disturbance
- Visible leaks, damp, mould or water ingress
- Meter readings or photographs where requested
- Post or delivery observation where agreed
- Dated photographic visit record
- Escalation of priority observations
Important
Regular visits may help owners meet monitoring requirements, but clients must confirm the exact conditions, frequency and evidence required by their own insurance policy directly with their insurer. Addex does not guarantee insurance compliance.
